吴式太极快拳 Next Move



Stand facing South, feet parallel and shoulder width apart toes pointing forward. Arms straight down by side of body palms pointing inward.

Raise arms in front of body to shoulder height turning the palms down.

Sink the elbows down to the side of the body keeping the fingertips at shoulder height (therefore the forearms move inward toward the body).

Drop the forearms down to the side of the body finishing with the palms facing downwards and horizontal, fingers pointing forward.
